Special note for users on corporate systems or workgroups
The MicroPlex CAN Programmer Hardware provided in Starter Kits is designed to use a default Windows USB driver. Some corporate systems and workgroups will disable the use of this driver by default. This driver is required to flash a MicroPlex module with the MicroPlex CAN Programmer. Contact your IT department and inquire to see if this driver can be reenabled on your system. Alternatively, MicroPlex Lab does support using a PEAK CAN adapter to communicate with the MicroPlex module.
After Installation
The installation tool for MicroPlex Lab will install two programs: MicroPlex Lab and MicroPlex Flash. MicroPlex Flash is a standalone tool designed for production environments so a user can take a precompiled program file and flash it onto a MicroPlex controller without having to load the entire MicroPlex Lab project.
